1. Introduction

Welcome to Unlimited Keys. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.unlimitedkeys.co.za and our services, including automotive key cutting, key programming, ECU sales and coding, dash cluster programming, and locksmith solutions.

2. Services

All services listed are subject to availability and may vary by location (Pretoria, Midrand, Krugersdorp and surrounding Gauteng areas). Quotes provided over WhatsApp or by phone are estimates and may change once your vehicle or key situation has been fully assessed.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be scheduled through WhatsApp or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as early as possible if this happens.

4. Proof of Ownership

For services involving lost keys, full key replacement, or ECU coding, we may require proof of vehicle ownership or identification matching the vehicle registration before starting work. This is a security measure to protect you and prevent unauthorized access to vehicles.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are confirmed before work begins and depend on your vehicle's make, model, year, and the specific key, remote or ECU required. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of quoting.

6. Warranty

Keys, remotes and programming carried out by Unlimited Keys are covered against faulty workmanship for a period to be confirmed at the time of service. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues arising from unrelated vehicle faults.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take care in diagnosing and resolving key, lock and ECU issues, Unlimited Keys is not liable for pre-existing faults in a vehicle's electrical or immobiliser systems that are unrelated to the work performed.

8. Website Use

This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free of errors at all times.

9. Changes to These Terms

Unlimited Keys may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
